Don't bother with this joint - all show and no go

Every time Ive been to this place theres been a problem. The spa was cold tonight but the guy working didn't bother to tell me that when I paid to go in. Thanks Mate. The music is over the top Loud techno crap and the sauna wasn't hot. Get your act together SS. There a reasons why no one goes to your venue. Your staff are rude and somethings always broken. The rather earthy smell coming from the smoking room would have you arrested on the street. Its not the only contraband floating around here either. Be warned. Overdoses here are a regular occurrence.

Awful

Firstly I was drugged with rohipnol (a tranquilliser).I don't remember much but i did ask for assistance and the staff were rude and unhelpful, and offered no assistance. Staff were less than useless. Around 10 hours had passed by this time, I asked staff for some assistance but it was denied luckily some patrons thankfully helped me dress and leave one even escorted me home, thanks John. New venue 10/10 Patrons attending that drugged me 0/10, other patrons 4/10 but John scores 10/10 Assistance and help from staff when asking for help 0/10 Go to a museum if you want to look at nice fixtures, go to 357 or body line or HQ or the Den if you want a staff that care.

Appaling

Second ( and last) time at this venue and again no music, no soap in the showers, only 3-4 idro jets in the spa were working... Very mature crowd and weirdos. Waste of money!!

few goods and many bads

They have kept the old Tuesday tight arse day. They attract a similar mature crowd, this has been SYDNEY SAUNA decision, then why a mature crowd has to put up with that disgusting and noisy music. When are you going to put enough soup in showers, please have a look from time to time to your wonderful spa and stop guys having sex there. And overall, why is so difficult to be nice and polite with customers who in the end are paying for your salaries? I go there just to meet a hot FB who works close, if not I wouldn't recommend your place.

the owners of Sydney Sauna have wasted their money on the great renovation...some staff are very nice others are still as rude as the old Kingsteam Staff....one night shift staff goes round knocking on doors waking everyone up telling the patrons it is not a motel...and you cant sleep in the rooms....doing this at 3.30am when there is a total of 10 people in the place....also the $4.00 re entery charge for a pass out is a bit rich.....give me 357 anytime....
