I payed $30 walked in no one was there i asked if there was a spa he told me no, he then gave me a run down on the place telling me there is no lockers and everyone gets there car keys, wallets, phones stolen and i should hand him my wallet and other items. I told him no and asked for my $30 back as the place was not what i was looking to do for the night i wanted to relax in a sauna with men and have a locker and keep my wallet safe. He told me No refund i asked three times for a passout card and he didnt get me one. He was so rude with his tone of voice and lieing attitude he really didnt like it when i put words to what he was lieing. about avoiding me walking off calling up people and asking his motives behide that and asking if i was safe here. no one was there except one man drinking a beer he got up and left when the staff become hostile towards me and he offered to take me to a sauna which i said thanks to but No. The staff was eluding to i was here because of his blind eye on ID checking and thats why he wont return my $30. i was shocked at his angles and just left because i no longer felt safe with out a witness the man was clearly a psychopath, sociopath he was missing alot of teeth from meth smoking they where all rotten and he was starting to get erratic and aggressive.

Great for some hard play

HQ is great for some hard play. It's the local leather, wet room and "hardplay" club. Three levels of dungeons, cages, dark rooms makes for some great fun. Peak periods are between Friday and Sunday but check the website as they have the party types listed for all to see. The only disadvantage I have found is the lack of shower facilities. During peak periods it gets really smelly with all the sweaty men. Great if you're into that scene but a show would be good... You can pay for a shower and towel at the counter if you like but I find it inconvenient. They also don't have lockers with your clothes put in bags and held in a locker room during some of the themed nites. HQ also allows you to walk around fully clothed but not during some of the parties. Its great for a quickie as there isn't much effort required when you arrive. Parking isn't great due to its location just off oxford st, but there is a lot of metered parking and as long as you're prepared to walk a few blocks you should find parking. In short this is a great place to visit if you're into "that" sort of scene.

Great PLace!

Friendy staff, which is a nice change from the usual Oxford St problem of bad attitude of so many bars and sex venues. Themed parties trying hard to attract customers from other venues, which seem happy to take your money and treat customers like crap...
