Wollongong's finest all-inclusive Dance Party event dedicated to showcasing local talent and creating a safe space for everybody and their friends.
Shinjuku Ni-chÅme (æ°å®¿äºä¸ç®), referred to colloquially as Ni-chÅme or simply NichÅ, is Area 2 in the Shinjuku District of the Shinjuku Special Ward of Tokyo, Japan. With Tokyo home to 13 million people and Shinjuku was known as the noisiest and most crowded of its 23 special wards, Ni-chÅme further distinguishes itself as Tokyo's hub of gay subculture, housing the world's highest concentration of gay bars.

This event is a celebration of contemporary Japanese sub-culture and wants to ensure that itâs a respectful and sensitive homage to an incredible culture that has re-defined Queerness and sexuality through contemporary times. Not many people will get to experience NichÅ in the flesh, so we want to bring it to Wollongong for a night - there is no dress-theme, but feel free to express your Queerness in any way you choose!
