Yes. This event consists of a CPD activity as set out in CPD Rule 8.1 of the Legal Profession Uniform Continuing Professional Development (Solicitors) Rules 2015 ("the Solicitors Rules"). It complies with the Law Society of NSW legal CPD scheme.The range of topics to be addressed at the event will cover at least one mandatory CPD unit in each of the following fields as set out in CPD Rule 6.1 of the Solicitors Rules:
