First of all, they overprice even the keys -- you get two keys per room. $30 for every key. We had to go back several times after finding ours were de-magnitized. Very annoying. The fruit tastes as if it had been left out for a very long time, so did the coffee. The "pool" (or so they call it), consists of a hot tub and a training tub. They're very strict on towels (you're not allowed any extra) and their maid service occasionally forgets to make the beds and throw out the bags of garbage they tie up. When they clean the "pool" they forget about it and the workers at the entrance seem to have no idea what the maintenance are doing, totally clueless as to when it'll be finished, etc. The staff don't take any responsibility for anything wrong that happens, neither do they apologize. They're very pushy about their restaurant. Overall, bad experience.
