The Rocks Brewing Company is excited to unveil their involvement in an awe-inspiring pop up bar in this year's Vivid Festival; the only one of it's kind during Vivid Sydney. Designed by new media artist, Joe Crossley, the installation above the bar measures around 7m high with all beverages locally sourced from Sydney and NSW proving it will be in a caliber of its own.
Located in the heart of Martin Place will be our favourites like the Hangman Pale Ale and Convict Lager readily available for your enjoyment - all sourced from our brewery in Alexandria.
Not only will we be supplying our core range and those specialty beers that are as yet unavailable to the market, there will be a variety of 30 red, white and sparkling wines all sourced from NSW such as Brokenwood Wines from the Hunter Valley. Some of those 30 wines have been offered for the first time outside of the winery Cellar Door, with limited releases being available whilst stocks last.
We will be sourcing gin, vodka and a white rye whiskey from Archie Rose, the first Sydney distillery to open in over 100 years.
Pictures to come shortly!
